We perform hazardous materials reviews on project designs and their implications for possible hazardous wastes and materials. We can then recommend special provisions be included into the contract document to address the issues we identify.
The process with examining all the alternatives and assessing the scope, effectiveness, and costs associated with different remediation plans. Some issues involve the proper handling and disposal of:
- Contaminated soil or groundwater.
- Lead-based paint.
- Chemically treated timber and demolition debris
- Volatile organic compounds.
- Polychlorinated biphenyls, or PCBs.
- Mercury Sampling/Testing
- Silica Sampling/Testing
- TCLP Sampling/Testing
