\n– OS; Windows XP – 10, Server 2003 – 2012, and Linux
\n– Networking; ie: DNS, DHCP, WAN, LAN, TCP\/IP, Port Forwarding, IPv4, Firewall, File Sharing, Router configuration, Wireless, etc
\n– iPads, iPods and other Devices
\n– Printers; Trouble Shooting and Sharing
\n– Cabling; Ability to run and terminate Cat5e and Coax
\n– Ability to work with Ladders and Heights and Confined spaces
\n– Ability to hang or mount tv\/lcds to walls or ceilings
\n– Ability to lift servers\/printers (around 50lbs)
\n– Virus Removal
\n– Component replacements; Motherboards, Screens, Power supplies,etc<\/p>\n
Qualifications:
\n– Minimum of 2 year experience (or equivalent technical training)
\n– 2 year of related experience in a customer service environment
\n– Strong computer skills; Excel, Word, Access, Google Apps, email, chat, office365 etc
\n– Successfully pass our technical test and complete our interview process
